What you will be doing
In this role, you will craft and execute a product strategy that allows millions of creators on YouTube to discover, connect, and succeed with vidIQ, while growing revenue and contributing to the company’s financial success.
As part of your responsibilities, you will:
Lead the definition of the product roadmap and prioritize items that contribute to growth, with a focus on increasing customer acquisition (traffic/sign ups) and SEO.
Identify user problems, create product specifications and work with design and development teams to launch new features.
Build and strengthen an existing web and mobile attribution framework.
Own experimentation and A/B testing across the customer experience to continuously increase the visit to signup conversion rate across all of our platforms (web, mobile, chrome extension).
Plan growth projects, evaluate their potential business impact, prioritize them effectively, and directly manage their execution.
Qualitatively and quantitatively understand our funnels to identify growth opportunities. You will manage a pipeline of experiments and optimizations that might include onboarding, acquisition, and site optimization.
Lead a world-class cross-functional team, including engineers, designers, marketers, and analysts distributed across the globe.
Collaborate with engineering and customer support leads to build consensus around prioritizing issues and bugs to ensure they are addressed appropriately.
Act as a key contributor to the product management team, providing insights into how to measure and optimize new core product features for business outcomes.
Monitor, report and communicate on results for each area of the funnel you own, identifying risks and challenges as soon as they arise so they can be addressed.
Experience as a 3 year of experience as a Growth Product Manager in a fast-growing B2C SaaS environment.
Experience with A/B testing methodologies and softwares, and a proven ability to impact key metrics.
Experience using data to identify feature opportunities, analyzing A/B tests, and recommending next steps
Comfortable getting into the weeds on a variety of technical issues.
Proven track record of working with different stakeholders, marketers, designers and engineers, who can bring together multiple viewpoints, and rally people around a shared vision.
You are comfortable working remotely with globally distributed teams
Have a YouTube channel, or participate in the Creator Economy.
Experience with SEO and multi-channel marketing technologies, and a passion for driving top of funnel growth.
