As vidIQ is growing so rapidly, we are looking for a Paid Media Manager, who would be capable of developing a scalable and efficient paid advertising strategy. This role is for someone who is comfortable with both copywriting and ad design, is deeply ingrained in a data-driven approach for success, and has a proven ability to lead and take ownership. What you will be doing:
A Paid Media Manager is responsible for overseeing PPC campaigns and managing paid ad budgets. In this role, you should be well-versed in a variety of ad platforms including Google Ads, Bings Ads, Facebook, and native advertising. We are looking for someone who has expert-level abilities in Google Search Ads. Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment (ROI). You will be managing multiple platforms for our brand while focusing on growing volume and maintaining CPA targets.
Paid Media Managers perform a variety of creative, analytical, and leadership tasks to ensure their company’s advertising efforts are effective. Common duties and responsibilities can include:
Overseeing the design and content of a paid ads campaign to ensure it meets the needs of our target audience of YouTube and TikTok creators
Collaborating with leadership and marketing professionals to determine the goals of advertising projects and strategizing plans to meet those goals
Performing daily account management of PPC campaigns, including keyword reviews, budgets, impression share, and other important metrics
Writing concise and effective copy to optimize click-through and conversion rates
Analyzing results from each campaign to determine what was successful and what to improve for the next campaign
Leading brainstorming sessions with team members to cultivate ideas for new advertising campaign concepts, including content and design elements
Tools & Technology
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook
Experience with Apple Ads and TikTok Ads (Preferred)
Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets
Experience with a design tool such as Canva, Photoshop, or Figma (Preferred)
