What you will be doing

vidIQ is looking for an experienced and passionate Recruiting Manager to take our global recruiting function to the next level. You will be responsible for managing the company’s global recruiting efforts including building upon our recruiting processes, developing strategies to enhance our employer brand, working hand-in-hand with our leadership team on their hiring needs, and identifying and transitioning to a new ATS. In addition, you will contribute to high-level business conversations and play a key role in solving challenges around company growth. You will also be a key driver in defining and delivering on how we find top talent. We’re looking for someone who has proven experience leading and building out a recruiting function, preferably at a high growth tech start-up or similar type of organization.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Develop, drive, and execute the company’s global full life-cycle recruiting efforts, from strategy to implementation.
  • Partner and collaborate with senior leadership / hiring managers to understand business needs and align recruiting resources accordingly.
  • Identify and implement new talent technologies as needed.
  • Provide a world-class, enjoyable experience for each and every candidate.
  • Manage multiple requisitions and hiring managers simultaneously.
  • Build robust hiring pipelines by proactively and creatively recruiting talent for mission-critical roles within the company.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to strengthen our DE&I strategy with a focus on the recruiting process.
  • Continuously measure and assess recruiting performance through metrics and reporting to ensure hiring goals are met.

Who you are

Qualifications include:

  • 5+ years recruiting experience, plus 2+ years experience leading recruiting efforts and strategy.
  • Worked in a high growth startup from headcount planning through full execution of the hiring plan.
  • Experienced with sourcing, recruiting, and hiring candidates for global positions.
  • Highly skilled in technical recruiting, but comfortable with non-technical recruiting as well.
  • Able to interact with all levels of management and candidates in a professional manner while staying cool under pressure.
  • High level of proficiency with applicant tracking systems and reporting metrics.
  • Ability to effectively deliver in a 100% remote position.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to perform independently.
