vidIQ is looking for an experienced and passionate Recruiting Manager to take our global recruiting function to the next level. You will be responsible for managing the company’s global recruiting efforts including building upon our recruiting processes, developing strategies to enhance our employer brand, working hand-in-hand with our leadership team on their hiring needs, and identifying and transitioning to a new ATS. In addition, you will contribute to high-level business conversations and play a key role in solving challenges around company growth. You will also be a key driver in defining and delivering on how we find top talent. We’re looking for someone who has proven experience leading and building out a recruiting function, preferably at a high growth tech start-up or similar type of organization.
